Can I buy just one device?
Yes. Everything in the shop is live stock from our warehouse with a retail price. Add it to your cart and pay by card; shipping is free in the US.
Are the prices on the site wholesale prices?
No. Shop prices are retail, per unit. For 10 or more units, pallets or containers, request bulk pricing and we'll quote the whole order.
How current is the stock?
The shop reads our inventory system directly and updates within a minute. If a device shows “In stock”, it's on our shelves in Lakewood, NJ.
What do the grades mean?
Grade A is Like New, Grade B is Very Good and Grade C is Good. Every grade is fully tested and works properly; the grade describes cosmetic wear.
What warranty do I get?
Online orders come with a 30-day replacement warranty and 30-day returns. You can extend the return window to 90 days for $9.95 per device at checkout.
How long will it get software updates?
Every model page shows it: the Google update date for Chromebooks, the last iPadOS or macOS version for Apple devices, and Windows 11 compatibility for Surface and laptops.
Do you ship internationally?
Wholesale orders, yes: we ship from Lakewood directly or hand off to your freight forwarder. Online card orders ship within the US.
